Shipping costs in Slovenia, which include delivery and transport packaging, amount to €3.80 per package. When ordering products worth €50 or more, delivery is free.

You will receive the ordered and paid package within 1-3 working days of the order. We ship packages every day from Monday to Friday and we strive to get them to you as soon as possible.

You can do this by paying with a credit card, via Paypal, by bank transfer according to a pre-bill (UPN order), with Google Pay or with Apple Pay. You choose the payment method at the end of the purchase.

After the successful completion of the order, we will send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order. It also shows the ordered products and the price of the order. If you can't find the email, check your promotions and spam, because sometimes the email goes there too.

There can be several reasons. Check if you have spelled the code correctly. It is possible that the code has already expired or the product you added to the cart is already on sale and therefore the code does not work on it. It is also possible that the code has a special condition (e.g. minimum order amount of €15). Check if your order meets all the conditions.
