Below you will find frequently asked questions regarding payments and delivery on the Beesmetic online store. If you cannot find your answer, please contact rebeka@beesmetic.com

  1. Payment methods

You can use the following payment methods to pay for your order:

  • Payment via UPN form directly to the bank account of Beesmetic doo
  • Payment via PayPal to the company account (rebeka@beesmetic.com)
  • Payment by credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, BA Maestro)
  • Payment with Google Pay or Apple Pay
  • Cash on delivery
  1. Shipping a package

We ensure that all orders placed are prepared and shipped in the shortest possible time.

An order that has been placed and paid for will be handed over to the delivery service within two working days at the latest. For the fastest processing of orders, we recommend paying by bank or credit card.

In the case of payment method payment by proforma invoice or bank transfer, the goods will be shipped after receipt of the transfer to the company's bank account.

An order placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped on the first following business day.

Products for which a longer delivery time is explicitly stated on the website will be delivered within the latter period.

  1. Sending packages, tracking and picking up packages

The delivery of our packages is handled by the Slovenian Post.

The shipping cost for Slovenia is €3.80. For all orders over €50, we offer free shipping, which will be automatically redeemed at checkout. For other countries, the shipping will be calculated in checkout.

  1. Tracking and picking up packages

Once your order has been processed and dispatched to the delivery service, you can track the location of your package. You will receive an SMS message to the phone number you entered when placing your order with a tracking number and a link where you can change your delivery method.

– Packet forwarding

With the My Package – My Choice service, provided by Pošta Slovenije, you can redirect your package after receiving an SMS to:

  • Other address – any address in the Republic of Slovenia.
  • Pick up at the post office.
  • Delivery to PS Paketomat (24 PS Paketomats in Slovenia).
  • Delivery to a gas station (114 BS Petrol).
  • Delivery to an agreed location (terrace/balcony, garage, shed, in front of the entrance, etc.).
  • Delivery on the selected date (three different dates available).

– How do I pick up a package at the PS Parcel Station?

  • Redirect the package to one of the PS Parcel Machines closest to you.
  • Follow SMS and email notifications.
  • You can pick up your package using your mobile phone number or a unique code written in the SMS or e-mail message you received. PS Paketomat allows you to scan the QR code, which you also receive in the message.
  • Pay the ransom (if necessary).
  • You pick up your package.
