Refunds

We hope you’ll find as much joy in using our products as we do in creating them. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Beesmetic product(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, unopened packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns that do not meet these conditions, and a refund will not be issued.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your return is packaged in a suitable cardboard box to prevent damage during transit.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at rebeka@beesmetic.com and we will provide detailed return instructions and the shipping address.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. After the return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
